| One and a half story commercial office building (approximately 4000 sf) supported on isolated concrete footings with a slab-on-grade. Wood trussed roof supported on steel frames. Second floor utilized wood floor trusses supported by metal stud, load-bearing walls. This one story brick building is newly constructed and features floor to ceiling windows. The law firm will stay in place, rent an office or two and share the receptionist, conference room, break room, copier and more. | ||
