Barge Gangways

The ship is your work place
whether you access tankers, bulk carriers, barge or
multi-purpose vessels and like any other worker you need to get
the job done efficiently, correctly and safely. However, your
facility may lend itself to a few more hazards than most since
it floats on a bed of deep water and you’re working several
stories above that deep water. A fall at any time could be
deadly plus the weight of the products you’re loading and
unloading could crush anything underneath. Therefore extra
safety measures are in order when accessing the ship and during
loading and unloading. Just like our customers, no two ships are
alike. That’s why we provide solutions that address your
particular needs. We specialize in creating marine access
loading platforms built for safety and ease. |

Barge access equipment is designed
and manufactured to meet your specific needs – while also provide the
safest access possible. Most often, barge access systems require custom
fitting to docks and around existing obstructions. When it comes
to safety, we don’t hold back. Sometimes access to a ship can be
inadequate or outdated and it’s up to the employer to make sure it gets
fixed. Our engineers know the ins and outs of safe access and egress and
they can design a custom gangway for your workers. Simply give us a call
today and we’ll be happy to help you determine if your equipment is up
to date.
